The project presents a contemporary image of great impact and dignity with a solution that allows the development of library activities in a landscaped context away from the immediate environment.

The interior solution based on a regular wheelbase allows the project to adapt to present and future needs . The entrance is raised above street level so as not to depend on the square in front of the Buenavista station. ​

The structures that store the collections are organized on the ground floor in a logical order according to the architectural program.
