Casa Chaim is conformed of two levels in which the open spaces and different heights stand out. it has an apparent wooden structure in the bottom part of the slab; it has a loft, bedrooms, dining room, TV room. kitchen, living room and a fireplace between the facade and the garden that stands out for its metal and concrete structure.
