The project seeks to renew an old construction by giving it a new cultural purpose. The intervention transforms the exisiting structure into a small cultural center that brings together a café, an art gallery, an open-air auditorium, and a terrace connected through a central patio. This layout encourages interaction and community exchange while maintaining the intimate domestic scale of the original house.
