The urban approach for this project was designed to have houses set up in two ways; one as a condominium and the second as private property, in addition there are four types of houses created towards different configurations of the Mexican family. ​

 

The complex has large green areas that serve as neighborhood gardens, two recreational and sports areas, two kindergartens and two primary schools.
