The project consists of transforming an underused industrial warehouse into a new workspace that responds to the company's expansion needs and renovate the original offices. The proposal redefines the main access to create a fluid connection between the new area and the main building.

The new area is defined by a double-height central patio that becomes the core of the proposal, integrating open workspaces, meeting areas, and private offices around a shared environment that encourages interaction. Natural illumination and ventilation is enhanced by the redesign of the roof, subtly evoking the warehouse's original industrial character while adapting it to contemporary work dynamics.
