Located in Campestre, Álvaro Obregón, Residencial Las Flores is a complex of ten single-family homes ranging from 360-420 square meters, conceived as a contemporary response to the residential character of the area. The project arranges its volumes along a street that connects two entrances in an orderly and discreet manner, prioritizing human scale and the balance between communal and private spaces.

The design seeks to preserve as many existing trees as possible, integrating them naturally into the ensemble through patios and gardens that enrich the interior experience. The fragmentation of the volumes allows natural light and vegetation to permeate the spaces, fostering a continuous connection with the surroundings. With restrained materials and a composition that balances privacy and community, Residencial Las Flores proposes a serene, contemporary architecture in harmony with its immediate context.
