AVÁNDARO, VALLE DE BRAVO

PROYECTO AVÁNDARO

130,332 square meters

The  project envisions the development of a residential subdivision located in Valle de Bravo, State of Mexico. The proposal focuses on the design of the master plan, access gatehouse, and internal roads, establishing the structural and landscape foundations that defines the character of the complex. The urban layout is organized around a main road that connects 10 macro-lots, which are further subdivided into 41 lots distributed organically, following the site's natural topography and preserving as much existing vegetation as possible.

The project seeks to integrate harmoniously with the landscape through a sober and contemporary architectural language. Rather than imposing a dominant image, it promotes a balanced relationship between infrastructure and nature, emphasizing clarity in circulation, soft transitions, and a visual connection with the surrounding forest that characterizes the Avandaro environment.
