There are 85 rooms in the first level. Sservices and amenities are located on the ground floor together with a monumental lobby, in its central part.

 

The lobby runs through each of the floors, thus being the main element of the project; this is a little unconventional because from the most private areas (rooms) you can openly watch the public areas such as the reception, bar, waiting rooms amongst others.
