With different possibilities of the space and the various ways of living in mind, the complex was designed using the architectural programme of a hotel and apartments; both programs unfold over 4 levels, surrounded by amenities such as swimming pools, terraces and roof-gardens among others. ​

 

A dynamic and functional composition is achieved through a set of volumes, providing light and natural ventilation to all spaces. The building surrounds a swimming pool that works in turn as a central courtyard, allowing greater lighting and ventilation of the spaces around it.
