The guiding axes of this project were sobriety, and elegance. Light and natural ventilation can be found in all spaces. The large amount of light was achieved thanks to a series of patios, in which the different areas of the departments can be found.

 

The project presents a façade that invites silence, due to the simplicity of the decorative elements, but it is when one enters the building that one finds a set of solids and voids that give the project dynamism.
