The project is located on the free highway that goes from Guanajuato to Silao, and has an architectural program that adapts the client's to very specific needs. There are two bodies, the executive offices are located in the first one, and in the second one the rest of the offices can be found. In the back part of the plot there is a maintenance and machinery workshop, and services for employees.

The project has an elegant line that makes the most of the green areas to create peaceful spaces to carry out the different functions that are required.
