A space for office rental was created and it's function was to be a flexible space that would print an individual character to each of the spaces in the building.
Main access is through a large plaza, and both cars and pedestrians enter through vestibules of great dignity. The offices are located inside five blocks that were built connected to each other through a vaulted roof that contains the services and circulations.
The design of the building is considered a symbol of contemporary Mexico, where all its spaces receive natural light and overlook the large gardens and private patios. It was also meant to create a high quality construction, with a cheerful, colorful building that played with shapes and spaces.
