The project includes two levels meant for commerce and eight levels for offices, with a total of 15,000 m2 built. This third tower joins the first stage through a bridge on level 10 that crosses the street that separates the 2 stages.
A third building for the San Luis complex is being planned on an adjecent plot of 1,500 m2.
