The project consists of 87 apartments spread over thirteen buildings surrounded by common areas, such as swimming pools, gardens and terraces. Each apartment has its own terrace, balcony and jacuzzi. The set also has nine pools of various shapes throughout the development.

The distribution of the buildings is very diverse, in addition to the fact that in some cases the distribution of the spaces presents slight breaks, which achieve the objective of creating versatile spaces to accommodate small private gardens.
